State Police: Bridgeport Cop Shoots Suspect After Chase Into Stratford

STRATFORD, Conn. — A Bridgeport police officer shot a suspect in a stolen car chase that began in Bridgeport and ended in Stratford on Sunday night, according to NBC Connecticut.

State Police were investigating the chase, which ended in the parking lot of a junk-hauling business on Seymour Street, NBC Connecticut said.

The suspect was taken to Bridgeport Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, NBC Connecticut said.
