Cris Concepcion, 24, of Bridgeport, was arrested Saturday in connection with the shooting death of Andre Pettway, 27, of Bridgeport, said a statement from Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
Concepcion was charged with murder, weapons in a motor vehicle, criminal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a permit.

The fatal shooting occurred at about 6:50 p.m. May 27 at 54 Garibaldi Ave. in Stratford, police said. Pettway was transported to Bridgeport Hospital, where he died, police said.
Concepcion is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on July 26 and was held on $750,000 bond.
Brandyn Ford, 24, of Stratford, was arrested May 29 for his involvement in the shooting, police said.

He was charged murder, weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to minors, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and carrying a pistol without a permit. Ford was held on $1.5 million bond.
Ford told police he was driving in the area where the murder occurred when a group of people opened fire on his car, but he denied shooting back, police said.
Police said a black Hyundai Sonata had fled the scene of the shooting.
Pettway had just gotten out of prison for possession of narcotics with intent to sell when he was killed.
