FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — A 65-year-old Oxford man who had been reported missing through a Silver Alert was found in a Stratford hotel but died at Bridgeport Hospital, according to NBC Connecticut.
Ernest Gazdik, who had been missing since Sept. 30, was found at a Stratford hotel Oct. 3 and pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital, NBC Connecticut said.
Police believe he died of a medical issue and said no foul play is suspected.
State Police had issued a Silver Alert for Gazdik on Saturday evening.
