Edward Uberti of 91 Bertrose Ave. was arrested at 4 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant, Milford police said.
The investigation into Uberti stemmed from a report made on Tuesday, Nov. 7, regarding a 14-year-old girl who stated she was having a sexual relationship with Uberti, police said.
The victim disclosed details of the relationship, which took place in Milford, police said.
Uberti was charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury.
He was held on $250,000 bond for an appear in Milford Superior Court on Nov. 9.
