Loose Dogs Attack Toddler, Mother In Stratford

STRATFORD, Conn. — A witness and used a shovel to help a woman stop two dogs as they attacked her 22-month-old toddler on Quenby Place on Thursday, Sept. 22, according to the Stratford Star.

The Rottweiler and pit bull escaped from a yard on Reut Drive, the Star said.

The mother and child were treated at Bridgeport Hospital, and the dogs were quarantined, the story said.
