Officers from the Milford Police Department responded to a Jepson Drive apartment shortly before 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29, where there was a report of a possible fight in progress.
According to police, upon arrival, officers determined that during the incident, Stratford resident Taylor DeCarlo allegedly pushed and scratched another man while he was inside the apartment.
DeCarlo was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault. Following his processing at Milford Police Headquarters, DeCarlo was released and scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 26 to answer to the charges.
