New Latin Fusion Spot In Stratford Offers Pay-It-Forward Feature

STRATFORD, Conn. — Cibus Latin Fusion, the newest eatery in town that is already generating a buzz, will throw open its doors with a ribbon-cutting on Friday, Sept. 16, at noon.

The Stratford Chamber of Commerce, an affiliate of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and Mayor John Harkins will be on hand for the grand opening event.

The restaurant is located at 1 Woodend Road in Stratford.

The owner, Mayra Cabrera, originally from Ecuador, has created a hip ambience with a delicious menu that includes empanadas, ceviche and Jalea, just to name just a few.

You can pay it forward by buying an extra meal and leaving the ticket on the wall for someone who needs a little help. There is already a buzz in town about Cibus Latin Fusion.
