Report Of Residential Burglary Leads To Arrest Of Man With Active Warrant In Greenwich False reports of a residential burglary in Fairfield County led to the arrest of a wanted man who was working at a local home, police said. The Greenwich Police Department received a report of an alleged burglary shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 29 on Westcott Street.  Upon arrival at the home, police said that workers at the scene set off an alarm on accident. While investigating the purported burglary, officers spotted Stratford resident William Rosa, 44, who had an outstanding PRAWN warrant out for his arrest, which was confirmed by the Greenwich Police Department dispatcher.  T…
