Possible Covid-19 Student Exposure Closes School Through Week's End In Fairfield County A Fairfield County elementary school will be closed through the end of the week after reports that a student may have been exposed to coronavirus. Wilcoxson Elementary School in Stratford will be closed Wednesday, March 11 through Friday, March 13, for extensive cleaning of the building, Stratford Superintendent of School Janet Robinson. Robinson said only Wilcoxson will be closed. "No other schools are impacted, at this point in time," she said.
