4 Shot Outside CT Apartments During Dispute, 1 Critical Four men were found shot outside a Connecticut apartment building following a dispute between the group. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7 p.m. on Wednesday at 50 Mitchell Ave., in Waterbury. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, the four were found shot by responding officers on a report of shots fired. Two of the victims, ages 19 and 25, were treated at the hospital and released.
