Local Resident Charged With Operating Drug Mill In Westport A tip to the Westport Police Department Detective Bureau that a local resident was receiving narcotics via the mail led to the takedown of a drug mill in Westport. After receiving the tip, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, investigators identified the resident as Zachary Bartolo, 23, of 1177 Post Road East, said the Westport Police. Investigators learned Bartolo had received several packages over the last few months. One of Bartolo’s packages was intercepted and found to contain approximately one ounce of cocaine.
