CT Truck Driver Threatens Motorist With Hammer, Knife After Vehicles Crash A weapon-wielding tractor-trailer driver from Connecticut is facing multiple charges after threatening a driver on I-87 in Rockland County with a knife and hammer, police said. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to I-87 in Clarkstown shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16, where there was a report of a driver menacing another following a motor vehicle collision.
