Man Charged With Engaging In Disorderly Behavior With Milford Neighbor A wanted man was taken into police custody after being involved in altercations with a nearby neighbor. The Milford Police Department announced the arrest of 71-year-old area resident Thomas Stanton, who had an active warrant out for his arrest for disorderly conduct. Police said that Stanton allegedly engaged in disorderly behavior with a neighbor in August. According to police, the neighbor complained that Stanton would walk by their home and make inappropriate gestures toward the residence and homeowner.
