Pretty Toes: Stratford Nail Salons Now Graded With Letter For Cleanliness, Safety Ever wonder if the nail salon you visit is safe and clean?  Starting next week, visitors in Stratford will be able to know for sure before they dip their toes in that hot water when the town begins grading salons and hanging that score on the front door.
