Woman Sucker Punches Patron, Assaults Off-Duty Cop At Bar, Stamford PD Says An off-duty Stamford police officer was punched in the jaw and a patron in the face after a woman bumped into another woman at a popular Harbor Point bar, according to the Stamford Police. Sgt. Robert Shawinsky said the incident took place Monday night at the Sign of the Whale when a woman bumped into Lilijana Memlia, 26, of the Bronx. Shawinsky said Memlia punched the woman in the face after the victim apologized for bumping into her.
