Officer Louis Gonzalez was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 22, and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, the Stamford Police Department reported. Police said the charges stem from an incident that happened on Saturday, Dec. 17. Man Accused Of Assaulting Victim At Darien Café, Police Say A 37-year-old man is facing charges after police said he got into an argument that turned physical at a café in Darien. Timothy Stillwell was arrested on an active warrant stemming from an incident that happened around 4:40 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, the Darien Police Department said.
