Parents Claim Son Was Sexually Assaulted In Stamford School Bathroom The parents of a 5-year-old boy have filed a lawsuit claiming their son was bullied and sexually assaulted by another student in Stamford. The suit, filed in Superior Court, claims the principal and staff of Roxbury Elementary School in Stamford failed to keep the boy safe and violated state law by not reporting the incident, reported the Connecticut Post.
