Matthew Bromley, age 39, of Torrington, was shot and killed around 4:51 p.m., on Monday, June 7 at the law office of Cramer & Anderson at 46 West St., in the Town of Litchfield, said Connecticut State Police. The shooting took place around 5 p.m., Monday, June 5, in the Town of Litchfield at 46 West St., the office of Cramer & Anderson LLP, when police responded to emergency calls that a "firearm was discharged," according to the Connecticut State Police.
