Stamford Man Nabbed In Bar Fight Wanted For Vehicular Manslaughter A Stamford man who was wanted by the Connecticut State Police for vehicular manslaughter was nabbed by local police following a bar fight. Ever Orlando-Reyes, 35, of Stillwater Avenue, was first arrested by Stamford Police on Monday for whipping a man with his belt during a bar fight, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
