Norwalk Woman Lights Car On Fire At Stamford Gas Station, Police Say A Fairfield County woman was charged with arson after allegedly setting gasoline that leaked out of her Nissan Cube on fire at a gas station and then walking away.  Paola Monsalve, age 28, of Norwalk was charged in Stamford on Sunday, Dec. 31 around 8:30 p.m. at the Shell station at the corner of Hope and Church streets. The incident occurred in Stamford around 7:38 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 11 on High Ridge Road. According to Capt.
