Stop Of BMW At Stamford Hotel Nets Suspects With 300 Bags Of Heroin A tip that a known drug dealer was headed to the LaQuinta Inn in Stamford to make a sell led police to 300 bags of heroin among other drugs.  Members of the Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit, SRT and patrol units nabbed Steven Hutchinson, 29, of Bridgeport, about 6:30 p.m. Thursday, after stopping his gray BMW as he arrived at the hotel on Harvard Avenue to make the deal, said Capt.
