Westport Police Officers Honored For Life-Saving Actions Two Westport police officers were honored last week for meritorious service by the Police Commissioners Association of Connecticut. Receiving the awards were Officers Samuel Sabin and David Scinto at the Meritorious Dinner held at the Grassy Hill Country Club in Orange on Wednesday, March 28.
