Man Caught Trying To Fill Fake Oxycodone Prescription In Greenwich, Police Say A 30-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to fill a fake prescription for Oxycodone in Greenwich, police say. The Greenwich Police Narcotics Section was alerted to a potential prescription fraud case by a local pharmacy on Monday, March 25 around 11 a.m. The pharmacy told officers that the suspect, later identified as Derek Monick of Yarmouth, Massachusetts, had allegedly tried to fill a prescription for 240 Oxycodone 30mg through fraudulent means. Man Tried To Get Medication With Fake Prescription In Greenwich, Police Say A 20-year-old man was nabbed attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription after the pharmacist became suspicious and called the police. Luis Caballero, of Brooklyn, was arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, March 5, when he returned to pick up the prescription, Greenwich Police said. The incident began when police received a report from a local pharmacy that they had received what they believed to be a fraudulent prescription order.
