A 44-year-old man who worked as a teacher at a Connecticut high school has admitted to possessing images and videos containing child pornography, federal officials said. A total of 17 men, including one from Fairfield County, have been arrested for allegedly luring children in Atlantic City, New Jersey in a case involving an assist from concerned citizens who bust child predators online. Fairfax Man Sentenced For Selling Meth On Darkweb: DOJ
A Virginia man was sentenced to 52 months in prison for his schemes to sell meth on the Darknet, officials reported. Tyler Pham, 39, of Fairfax, was charged after distributing between 15 and 45 kilograms of meth pills from May 2019 through December 2019, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. Pham, who was turned over to the US by Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, advertised the pills as peach-flavored Adderall under the online alias, “addy4cheap”, authorities said. The FBI has issued a warning about individuals selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards and advertising them online. The agency said individuals should not purchase or make fake vaccine cards, and not fill in blank cards with false information, as it could put people's health at risk.
