The attack took place in New Haven County around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6 on Conrad Street (Oak Terrace) in Naugatuck. It happened around 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 at Grist Mill Road and the Route 7 connector in Norwalk.
