Norwalk Man Accused Of Possessing Child Porn A Fairfield County man has been charged with possession of child pornography following an extensive investigation. David M. Rosenfield, age 68, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 15 at his Norwalk home. The arrest was the culmination of an extensive and detailed investigation into Rosenfield, by investigators from multiple law enforcement agencies, said Lt. New Update - Body ID: Stamford Man Found Floating In Norwalk Harbor Police have identified a man whose body was found floating by a boater. Christian Bernadel, age 26, of Stamford, was found in Norwalk Harbor around 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, after police received a report from a boater, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Poice. Man's Body Found Floating In Norwalk Harbor Police in are working to identify a man whose body was found floating in Norwalk Harbor. The incident took place around 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 27. According to Lt. Joe Dinho of the Norwalk Police, officers responded to the harbor after receiving a report from a boater of a body floating in the water.
