Covid-19: LA Fitness Location In Fairfield County Reopens After Being Ordered To Close An LA Fitness location in Fairfield County that was ordered to close after the city's health department said the business had numerous violations under the state's COVID-19 rules, has reopened.  The Norwalk gym was allowed to reopen on Friday, Dec. 4, after submitting a reopening plan to the city, according to City of Norwalk spokesperson Josh Morgan "Following the closure order, LA Fitness submitted a reopening plan that addressed the concerns of the Health Department and Police Department," Morgan said.
