Teen Charged In Connection With Double Shooting In Stamford A Stamford teen is behind bars on a half-million-dollar bond after being charged in connection with a summertime shooting that left two injured. Members of the Stamford Police Department arrested John Carlos Montero-Delossantos of Harbor Street in Stamford on Friday, Nov. 23 in relation to the double shooting that occurred on June 23 on Durant Street.
