Man Charged With Committing Robberies At Two Subway Stores In Fairfield County, Bank Branches A Fairfield County man with a lengthy rap sheet has been charged in connection to robberies at Subway and several bank branches in Connecticut. Alvin Robertson, of Bridgeport, has been charged with three counts of bank robbery and two counts of interference with commerce by robbery, U.S. Attorney John Durham announced this week. Robertson has pleaded not guilty to the charges in New Haven federal court.
