Jennnifer Brown, age 51, of Darien, was charged with two counts of evading responsibility in connection with leaving the scene of two crashes on Friday, Dec. 8, 2023. Man Asleep At Green Light In Darien Charged With DUI, Police Say A Fairfield County man was busted for allegedly driving under the influence after police allegedly found him asleep in the driver's seat at a green light. Herman Cole III, age 31, of Shelton, was charged on Saturday, Dec. 16 at the intersection of Hoyt Street and Camp Avenue in Darien. Sgt.
