The crash took place around 10:55 p.m., Tuesday, April 13, in the area of 162 Grove St., in Stamford, said Stamford Police Sgt. Jeffrey Booth. According to Booth, a 2005 Dodge Durango, being driven by a 35-year-old Stamford resident, was traveling southbound on Grove Street when it struck the person.
