Fairfield Woman, 44, Killed In I-95 Westport Crash A Fairfield County woman was killed after allegedly running into the back of a tanker on I-95 that was stopped for backed-up traffic. Julia Delva Clarke, age 44, of Fairfield, was killed around 12:30 a.m., Monday, Aug. 21, in Westport, said the Connecticut State Police. A preliminary investigation found that Clarke was traveling north in the right lane in a 2019 Porsche Macan when she ran into the back of a Freightliner Cascadia which was towing a Kenworth tanker, state police said. Police Respond To Tractor-Trailer Rollover CT Crash Police responded to an early morning rollover crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-91 in Connecticut. The crash happened in the New Haven County city of Meriden at about 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, Connecticut State Police said. Police said a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia was northbound on I-91 near Exit 16 and veered into the right shoulder on the rumble stripes.
