Kilo Of Heroin, Pounds Of Pot, Stolen Gun, Pills Discovered In Stratford Bust An investigation into drug sales in Fairfield County has led to the arrest of two men and netted the discovery of a kilo of heroin, guns, pounds of pot, and pills. Kevin Tobar, 23, and Jonathan Matos, 28, both of Stratford, were arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 7, by Stratford Police, said Capt. Frank Eannotti. According to Eannotti, the two were arrested on a warrant by the Stratford Narcotics Vice and Intel Unit, with the assistance of the Bridgeport Police Task Force as well as the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
