Fairfield County Felon Busted With Loaded Gun A Fairfield County felon who has a long rap sheet and has spent years in prison was busted with a loaded handgun, according to the Stamford Police. Kenneth Jefferies, 49, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday after officers with the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit received word that he would be in the area with a gun and the hallucinogen PCP, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin. While on patrol, officers spotted Jefferies near Stillwater Avenue and Finney Lane and pulled him over, Conklin said.
