CT Man Calls In Bomb Threats To Police Department, Courthouse, Federal Building, Officials Say A Connecticut man is behind bars after allegedly calling in bomb threats to a Police Department, a federal building, and a federal courthouse. The incident took place in New Haven around noon on Thursday, Jan. 18 when the police department received a call claiming bombs had been placed at all three locations, said the New Haven Police.
