Fairfield County Man Nabbed For Using False Name, Other Traffic Violations, Police Say A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly providing a false name when he was pulled over for a traffic violation and for resisting arrest. Thomas Willoughby, age 54, of Norwalk, was arrested on Monday, March 29, by New Canaan Police on a warrant for the incident which took place in September, said Lieutenant Jason Ferraro of the New Canaan Police. According to Ferraro, during the September stop, Willoughby allegedly provided officers with a false name, was driving with expired registration, did not have a driver's license, and was driving without insurance.
