Norwalk Man Busted Selling Drugs At Center For Pregnant Women, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested on narcotic-related charges for allegedly selling drugs out of a center for pregnant and parenting women. The incident took place in Norwalk on Wednesday, Oct. 25. Richard Lepkowski, of Westport, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 19, by the Westport Police for an incident that took place in Oct. 2019, said Westport Police Lt.
