Stamford/Norwalk State’s Attorney Paul Ferencek announced on Tuesday, May 23, that Robert C. Simmons was sentenced to 85 years in prison for the 2019 home invasion murder of Isabella Mehner in her Stamford home. The Stamford Police Department released a sketch of a suspect in a winter hat on Wednesday who is wanted for his involvement on multiple charges for incidents that happened on Grove Street and the downtown area of the city.
