Sister, Brother Caught In Stamford Drug Bust Police busted a brother and sister duo for dealing and other drug-related charges during a raid on the family home by the department's Narcotics and Organized Crime Squad. The raid in Stamford took place around 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, after officers wrapped up several weeks of surveillance and two undercover drug buys from Danny Turkvan, 46, of Bridgeport, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.  The bust went down when officers staking out his father's house on Lipton Place saw Turkvan come out the back door of the house and make a hand-to-hand deal with another man, Conklin said. …
