There was no prize inside a box of cereal found in a vehicle during a motor-vehicle stop in Western Massachusetts, but instead, police say they uncovered thousands of bags of heroin. Julio Rodriguez Named Norwalk Police Department Officer Of The Year
Officer Julio Rodriguez has officially been named as Norwalk Police Department’s Officer of the Year for 2018. Officer Rodriguez, of the Special Services Division, was recognized at the annual Norwalk Police Awards on Thursday, Feb. 7.
