Duo Nabbed After Causing Fight In Bridgeport Bar, Police Say Two Fairfield County men were charged with trespass and assault after allegedly starting a fight at a crowded bar. Bridgeport resident Juan Torres, age 35, and Newtown resident Alexander Rosa, age 41, were arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 24, following the fight at the Rum & Tequila Bar in Bridgeport. According to Capt. Lonnie Blackwell of the Bridgeport Police said officers responded to the club after receiving a call of a disturbance involving several people. 66-Year-Old CT Man Charged After Stabbing Victim Multiple Times, Police Say A 66-year-old Connecticut man is behind bars after allegedly stabbing another person multiple times. The incident occurred in New Haven County on Saturday, Nov. 25, on Greer Circle in Milford. Kevin Conway, of Milford, was charged with stabbing another person who had a protective order against Conway following an investigation, according to the Milford Police. Conway was also found injured at the scene. He was injured when a Good Samaritan came to the aid of the victim and stopped any further attack, police said.
