Woman Rescued From Burning Car On I-95 Quick action by two witnesses to a car crash saved a Norwalk woman's life after she experienced a medical emergency on I-95. The incident took place around noon Wednesday when both Bridgeport resident Frederico Davis and Connecticut Conservation Police Officer John Hey witnessed a two-car motor vehicle accident in the area of the Black Rock Turnpike overpass, said officials with the Fairfield Fire Department.
