Stamford Man Nabbed In NY In Stolen Vehicle With Gun, Police Say
Numerous Hudson Valley teens and two adults were nabbed in a stolen vehicle with guns after running from police. The incident took place around 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 10 in Dutchess County when the City of Poughkeepsie Police spotted a stolen vehicle in a parking lot. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Stamford, Connecticut, and occupied by several individuals, said Det. Sgt. George Camacho, of the City of Poughkeepsie Police. Former Congressional Candidate Found Dead
A 41-year-old lifelong New Yorker died in an apparent suicide two weeks after he dropped out of his race for a United States House of Representatives seat in the Hudson Valley. Afghanistan war veteran Kyle Van De Water, age 41, was found dead in Dutchess County on Tuesday, Sept. 7, in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery by City of Poughkeepsie police.
