Westchester Man Nabbed On Host Of Drug, Gun Charges During Fairfield County Stop, Police Say
A Westchester County man was arrested on a host of alleged charges, including criminal possession of firearms, after being stopped in Fairfield County for not having a proper license plate.
Tremaine Fraiser, age 24, of New Rochelle, was arrested on Saturday, March 27, by Greenwich Police after being stopped for not having a proper license plate.
Officers stopped Frasier after they noticed he did not have a front license plate, Greenwich PD Captain Mark E. Zuccerella said.

Mom Accused Of Leaving Baby On Ground With Heroin Is Arrested
A young mother accused of leaving her baby on the ground with a packet of heroin has been arrested.
Donna St. John, 26, of Wildwood Avenue, in Milford, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 44, and charged with risk of injury to a child, police said.
Milford Police were called to Wildwood Avenue that evening for a report of an infant having difficulty breathing, police said.
Upon investigation, police allege St. John left her “very young child” on the floor in a room that had a package of heroin also on the floor, police said.
The child was medically treated and is doing well, police said.

Convicted Rapist Who Lived In CT Failed To Register As Sex Offender, Feds Say
A convicted rapist who was illegally living in Connecticut waived his right to be indicted and pleaded guilty in Fairfield County for failing to register as a sex offender.
Lester B. Joy, 40, formerly of Waterbury, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Nov. 3, to failing to register as a sex offender, said John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
According to court documents and statements made in court, in October 2002, Joy was convicted in the State of New Jersey of sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and theft.
For those offenses, he was sentenced …
