A high school freshman from Connecticut who got her start in philanthropy at a young age was featured on the popular national television network Nickelodeon for her charity work. Fairfield County resident Chelsea Phaire, a freshman at Immaculate High School in Danbury, appeared on Nickelodeon's "Nick News" show on Wednesday, Dec. 20, school officials announced.
