Greenwich Man Nabbed In Jail For Stealing Wallet Two Years Ago A Greenwich man was nabbed by Greenwich Police at the Westchester County Jail on an outstanding warrant for ripping off a wallet out of a car. Cesar Salazar-Duque, 30, was picked up at the Westchester County Jail, where he was being held on another charge, on a warrant for stealing a wallet in 2016 and using the credit cards inside, said Greenwich Police.
