IDs Released For Two Found Dead After Crash In Fairfield County The victims have been identified after a double-fatal crash in Fairfield County. Troopers responded to the Town of Shelton at around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27 on the Route 8 North on-ramp from Old Stratford Road (Exit 12).  The vehicle was identified as a 2002 Honda Accord and was located off the right side of the on-ramp overturned on its roof after striking multiple trees, Connecticut State Police said. Two Killed In Fairfield County Rollover Crash Two people were killed in a rollover crash on Route 8 in Fairfield County, according to the Connecticut State Police. Troop G, Bridgeport responded at around 11:10 p.m. Thursday, southbound between Exits 7 and 8 in Trumbull, said Trooper Josue Dorelus Friday morning. According to troopers, the crash occurred when a 2007 Toyota Scion veered off into the right grassy area and struck a large rock wall.
