Man Killed, Woman Injured, During Shooting In Fairfield County, Police Say Police in Fairfield County are investigating a homicide of a man and the shooting of a woman. The shootings were uncovered around 1 a.m., Friday, Dec. 17, when the Stratford Police Department responded to Light Street near Barnum Avenue. The unidentified man and woman were shot by an unknown assailant, According to Capt Frank Eannotti of the Stratford Police Department. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The enforcement on Wednesday, May 1, was conducted by the Stratford Police, along with members from the state Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Tobacco Prevention and Enforcement Program, said Stratford Police Capt. Bridgeport Man Busted On Weapons Charges Following Chase, Stratford Police Said A Bridgeport man was busted by Stratford Police for allegedly throwing a gun out of his vehicle during a police chase, police said. Eris Hall, 22,  was arrested by Stratford Police around 10 p.m., on Tuesday, March 26, after taking police on a car chase, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
