Norwalk Grassroots Tennis & Education Merges With Stamford Youth Tennis Academy Norwalk Grassroots Tennis & Education has officially merged with Stamford Youth Tennis Academy as of Wednesday, Nov. 6. The merger comes in an effort to provide “stronger support services” for children and youth throughout Fairfield County.
