Man Found Dead In Fairfield County After Police Discover Submerged Vehicle
A local man was found dead in the Aspetuck River after police were notified of a submerged vehicle in Fairfield County. The incident occurred in the town of Fairfield around 12:40 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22. According to Fairfield Police Sgt. Michael Stahl, the Weston Police Department notified the department of a vehicle submerged in the Aspetuck River, directly behind Aspetuck Falls in Fairfield.
